Sleep

Consistently getting 8 hours of sleep each night and feeling well-rested.

Diet

Diet was dialed in this week—no cheat meals and counting macros precisely. Feeling lean and strong as a result.

Exercise

Overall, I felt great at Muay Thai and in the gym. Pull-ups are improving, though my pushing strength is declining as expected with the weight loss. Running feels amazing now—I actually look forward to my runs and am slowly adding more volume.

What I’m Learning/Building

Not much has changed here. Still not feeling as productive as I could be. I’ve decided to take a break for the month of August to focus on reading, writing, and reflecting on my goals. Hoping to return with more clarity and pick up where I left off.

Personal

Had an awesome spa day on Sunday—spent two hours alternating between the sauna and ice bath. Felt both alert and relaxed afterward. Definitely want to have more days like this.
